White Branding

White branding gives you the ability to display your own logos and company information on our trading platforms and reporting systems.

Best Mastery Capital offers a solution for Brokers and Professional Advisors to use their own banners for white branding purposes.

Our White Branding program offers some of the following benefits:

  • If you are a Broker, you can use your own logo on our Trader WorkStation. You can also market your company information on TWS, i.e. a link to your website, contact information to departments and individual employees, including telephone numbers and email addresses. If you white brand TWS, your mobile applications will also be white branded on some mobile devices, including BMC TWS for Android, BMC TWS for iOS (iPhone and iPad in iPhone compatibility mode) and BMC TWS for BlackBerry.
  • You can white brand Account Management. When your customers log in to Account Management, the login window will be branded with your logo.
  • Similar to the TWS, you can White Brand the BMC WebTrader with your company's logo and graphic design.
  • White brand theTWS Users' Guide.
  • Brokers can also upload their own banners for white branding of the Statementsand theRegistration System.。
  • White brand theContract Databasewith your company name and logo, a link to your website and even your own customized stylesheet. TheContract Databaseprovides the data for IB's Contract Search feature.


It's easy to set up white branding. Simply log into Account Management and access the White Branding page in the Manage Account > Settings menu. After you have uploaded the banners and filled in the information you want to be displayed, implementation should take no more than two hours under normal circumstances, except for the Statements which can take up to 24 hours.

TWS White Branding


Best Mastery Capital makes it easy for Brokers to customize the BMC Trader Workstation (TWS) platform to display your company logo and company information in place of all BMC details. The setup process is twofold: First you enter your company information in Account Management, and then provide a link on your website for your clients to download and install TWS.1

Note:

  • Your initial white branding request may take up to 48 hours to take effect. Changes made before 5:00 PM EST go into effect 8:00 PM EST the same day. Changes made after 5:00 PM EST will take effect the following day 8:00 PM EST.

WebTrader


WebTrader is IB's HTML-based trading interface, which allows BMC customers to access market data and transmit orders from behind a firewall where access to TWS may be impossible. The WebTrader may also be easier to use for customers who don't need all of the capabilities of the Trader Workstation. Brokers and their customers may use the WebTrader if BMC is not the designated OATS Reporting Party under an Order Sending Organization (OSO) Agreement for that Broker.

Best Mastery Capital provides Brokers the ability to White Brand IB's WebTrader. The main banner requires a 318x63 jpg, gif or png image. You can provide an additional banner to extend your main banner across the window. This additional banner must be a 386x63 jpg, gif or png image. All images need to be less than 50KB in size.

Account Management, Registration, Statements and PortfolioAnalyst


Best Mastery Capital provides the ability for Brokers and Professional Advisors to upload their own banners to white brand Account Management, the BMC Registration System, the statements that they provide to their customers, and PortfolioAnalyst reports. The main banner requires a 650x80 jpg or png image. All images need to be less than 50KB in size.

Upgrade existing banner images to png format to apply the most recent style to statements.

Do not use the Best Mastery Capital banner as a template for your White Branding Banner. BMC cannot endorse any Broker, and using a banner based on our corporate banner would give that impression. Please note that white branding of statements can take up to 24 hours from the time you upload your images.

Email White Branding


Best Mastery Capital provides the ability for Brokers and Professional Advisors to white brand emails that are sent to customers from the Registration System, Account Management and Customer Service.

TWS Users' Guide White Branding


You can White Brand the logo, trading system and company name in the Trader Workstation Users' Guide. The logo must be a 100 x 22 jpg or gif image with a maximum size of 50KB. You upload the logo and enter all of your White Brand information, including the trading system name and acronym, company name and acronym, and trading tool name on the White Branding page in Account Management.

After you enter your White Brand information, create a link to your User's Guide on your website using following link:

Contract Database White Branding


Best Mastery Capital provides the ability for Brokers and Professional Advisors to white brand the Contract Database on the BMC website by entering information in Account Management. Part of the information you enter includes links to two images that you create - a leftmost image that must be 244 x 58 pixels and rightmost image that must be 371 x 58 pixels - and a link to your own stylesheet.

Any change will take effect within 12 hours.

Disclosures
  1. Only Brokers are able to Whitebrand TraderWorkstation (TWS).
  2. Brokers who configure TWS for white branding will enjoy the benefit of white branded BMC TWS on these mobile devices: BMC TWS for Android, BMC TWS for iOS (iPhone and iPad in iPhone compatibility mode) and BMC TWS for BlackBerry.
